To keep your service smooth, safe, and stress‑free, the following policies apply to all appointments at High Desert Studio. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

NO EXTRA GUESTS
Only one guest may accompany you, and only if necessary. No children, partners, or additional visitors are allowed in the treatment room for safety and privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY — 24 HOURS REQUIRED
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service total.

NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY
A no‑call/no‑show results in:
• 100% charge of the missed service
• Immediate block from online booking• You must pay in full at the time of booking for your next appointment to regain access.

GRACE PERIOD — 5 MINUTES
There is a 5‑minute grace period.
After 5 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee or rebooking fee may apply.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Any inappropriate comments, actions, or behavior results in immediate termination of service with full payment due and permanent banning from the studio.

HEALTH & MEDICATION DISCLOSURE
You must disclose:
• Accutane (within 12 months)
• Retin‑A/tretinoin
• Antibiotics, steroids, acne meds
• Recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser, or tanning
• Skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities

Failure to disclose may result in skin lifting or reactions. High Desert Studio is not responsible for reactions caused by withheld information.

AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions, including avoiding sweating, workouts, hot tubs, tanning, tight clothing for 24–48 hrs.

NO REFUNDS
Services are non‑refundable. If you experience an issue, contact the studio within 24 hours for evaluation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
For safety, hygiene, or behavior concerns, High Desert Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
